Submit Process

SUBMIT Papers and Presentations Here. Almost all of our submissions go in through the CMT (conference management tool) unless otherwise instructed. All.. including the final camera ready versions.

Download the ISSRE Copyright form here. Print, sign, scan and rename the file to paper_id.lastname.pdf and email it to copyright @ issre2009.org. The completed copyright does not go through the submissions site above, but is received by email.

Submit Process Instructions

The submission process takes two steps - (1) create a login, (2) submit or update your papers. The process is mostly self evident, but we have a few screen shots to help you get more comfortable with it.

Click on any image to begin the slideshow. If you have any issues with this, please contact Prasanth Anbalagan, (panbala AT ncsu DOT edu) Submission Site Manager. Contacting other people on the committee only delays your request. Just send a note to Prasanth.

1. Create a Login - Instructions Only

Create a login if you do not already have one. This can be used to update your paper, or make additional submissions as the other categories open up. If you forget your password, there is a way to retrieve it. The images below illustrate the login process. Use the "SUBMIT . ." link above to create the login.

2. Submit a paper - Instructions Only

Use your newly created userid to login and submit your papers. When you come into the site, you will see different categories of papers. Not all of them may be enabled at this time. You will need to upload a text abstract for the papers by the abstract due date, and the full paper in pdf format by the paper due date. There is also a dialog where you can identify potential conflicts of interest. A conflict of interest is defined as - coworker, superior or subordinate in the past five years, great friend, ardent enemy, and PhD supervisor. The images below illustrate the submit process. Use the "SUBMIT . ." link above to submit papers.
